TOBI’s Document Manager maintains a library of electronic references and artifacts that helps you
organize and keep track of files so you can find them when you need them. TOBI manages word processing
documents, spreadsheets, multimedia and HTML files. Information for each reference file includes title,
subject, author, creation date, last-updated date and security/privacy data.
