XenLogic is committed to providing superior maintenance and support services to all of our customers. Our Support Center is available to provide quick and thorough answers to customer questions and issues.

XenLogic Maintenance and Support customers have access to phone service 12 hours a day, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM Eastern Time, as well as web-based incident reporting tools, periodic product upgrades and expansion packs, and relevant software enhancements.

Through our Maintenance and Support program, customers are assured to have the latest TOBI updates, as well as unlimited access to new forms and reports. Maintenance and Support customers may also request customized reports through XenLogic’s Consulting Services.
